Drunk Challenge

FrozenFlame slammed the mug on the table and a pony raised his hoofs in the air.

"Winner!" The Earth Pony yelled and the other pony smacked the table angrily.

The ponies around him cheered as they exchanged the bits with the ponies they betted with. Frozen Flame stood up wobbly. "Good try, bucko." He said in a slurred voice and started laughing.

"Rematch!" The other pony attempted to yell in a slightly less drunk sounding voice and weakly smacked the table. "You may have won this time..... bu imma win dis time aroun..." He said with a grin.

"Fine, rematchhhhh." Frozen Flame said as he sat, almost falling in his stool.

"No more!" The bartender said trotting over and the crowd muttered as they dispersed.

"Yes more! He said rematchhhh so i mud...." Frozen Flame said with a frown. "No more!" The bartender said stomping his hoof. Frozen Flame slapped the bartender and tackled him. "One more rematch." He snarled drunkily. The bartender kicked him off and rolled up and soon the crowd was back, chanting 'Fight! Fight! Fight! Fight!'


SkyRide was trotting down the street and heard the chanting from the Tavern. She trotted in and saw a huge crowd. 'Where's the bartender?' She thought as she trotted over. She pushed through the crowd and her heart skipped a beat.

"Frozen!" She screamed and he looked at her surprised.

Candle Glow had been on the way home with her close friend Lantern whenn they too, passed the crowd and were intrqued. Lantern, hesitant to go clutched his favored fez as he followed Candle into the mass of ponies, her small stature proving useful for these activities.
"Isa.. Isa any pony hurt Canda?" Lantern asked, sheepishly trailing in he back.

Candle however, was unaware of how exactly to answer, until she reached the inner bit of the crowd.

SkyRide rushed over shoving the bartender off and grabbing her cousin. "What the hay!?" She said angrily and then the bartender reached up and punched Frozen into Candle Light. SkyRide turned to the bartender and slapped him with her wings repeatedly then turned and bucked him in the face. She nodded with a snort and turned away from him. "Wrong move." The bartender mumbled.

Blown Speaker came down from the DJ stands, thinking about why the drunk fights always happen on his shift.

He went inbetween Sky and bartender and shouted out, "Everypony just CALM DOWN." then started mumbling again about why this always happened on his shift.

The bartender stood pushing Shadow out of the way and punched Sky. Sky stood back startled.
"OH IT'S ON!" She yelled and ran to hit him when there was a flash of blue and white and the bartender was on the ground writhing in pain. Soon the whole bar was in a frenzy. Drunken stallions throwing punches while mares ran for cover behind the bar. "NEVER PUNCH MY COUSIN AGAIN!" Frozen snarled and the bartender nodded in a whimper and Frozen turned. The bartender frowned then bucked Frozen in the back of his head and Frozen was out cold. (HAHA See what I did there? Frozen Cold Ahhhhhhhh!!! :D)

"Doesnt anypony ever listen to me..." Speaker said before walking over to the intercom system. " All Patrons of the Bar or get Shot as Tresspassers he said preparing a bit of magic for flare, though he knew if they didnt fall for his bluff, he wouldnt be able to shoot them, his magic was too weak.

Everypony stopped and looked at Shadow. Sky looked at Shadow with a cocked eyebrow. She didn't believe him. She knew his magic was to weak, yet she didn't want the fight to keep going so she kept her mouth shut. Frozen did to, probably because he was unconscious. @~@

When the crowd finished leaving there was only sox ponies left, Sky,Frozen and the bartender called his bluff and Candle and Latern were still there also.

He came down to the stairs and walked over to Sky " he going to be all right?'"

She pointed at Frozen with a questioning gaze then chuckled. "Yeah, he's going to be fine. When he wakes up though he's going to be hurting." She said laughing. She looked at the bartender who had hatred in his eyes and he got up on the counter and faced every pony. "HEY LISTEN UP! FROM NOW ON, THOSE 2 FOOLS AREN'T ALLOWED IN HERE! SO GET OUT!" The bartender yelled pointing at Sky Ride and Frozen. Sky sat next to Frozen and shook her head. "When he wakes up we go." She said then turned away, ending the conversation.

"Well I guess after this I wont be seeing you here" Speaker said a bit sadly.

Candle tenativly approached the trio, Lantern having skittered off when the bar keeper shouted.
Using magic she gently set a few things that were knocked over in the fight back in place. Nodding to Blown and Sky. "Anypony need some assistance?" She nodded to Frozen. "He sure took a beating."

"Knowing Frozen, he'll be fine.." Speaker replied.

"No we're good. And yeah, guess we will have to see each other else where. Sadly enough I just came in here to have a drink! But nook! I had to defend my dumb cousin." She said with some humor in her voice. (Sorry bout being gone for so long! I was at a beach house for a week and I didm;t have a computer and my bro wouldn't let me use his laptop. >^<)

Candle Glow nodded and started cleaning up the area without even asking the Bar tender, putting her horn to good use. Seeing as she had closed her shop for the day, she didn't really have anything else to do, and she always enjoyed lending a hoof, no matter the task present. "I hope he'll be alright, I'm Candle Glow by the way, most folks just call me Candy though."

"Hi Candy!" Sky said with a smile and looked at Frozen who turned over. "Don't worry, he's still asleep." Sky said.

Candle Glow nodded and glanced at Frozen, then bit her lip lightly, recognizing who it was. ((seeing as they apparently are first meeting in the blind date thread, I'll assume that had already happened)) "Mind if I stick about until he wakes up?" She asked with a friendly smile towards Sky.

"I don't mind at all!" Sky said with a friendly smile back.

" You guys want any drinks, I'm sure the bartender would be happy to get some," Speaker said as he glared at the bartender.

"Yes please! Cider with EXTRA shots." Sky said.

Candle nodded. "Half Chamomile Tea half Cider please."

" You heard them, or do I have to tell the manager that you have been fighting with patrons again..." Speaker said to the bartender.

The bartender grumbled turned around then came back with the mugs. He shot Speaker a dirty look then returned to the bar. "What was that about? You know the manager?" Sky said before taking a swig.

Candle sipped hers in a very lady-like manner. (Totally not referencing anything). "I believe I may have seen you around, you DJ here sometimes don't you?"

"Yes, I know the manager, technically, I am the manager, but I don't let the employees now that, they think the manager is a pony named "Inked Paper", aka my 9 year old brother, so I just pop in a DJ to see how my employees are doing." Speaker said, ", though it does get hard when I'm on tour."

Sky laughed. "Wow when you're on tour. Surprising. Wow, those employees are dumb.." Sky said with a giggle.
