Cutie mark is the Symbol of drama, the Laughing and Weeping masks.
Blue eyes without eyelashes
Very tall but slightly heavier than other ponies
Is outgoing and likes to make new friends but often comes off as
overzealous, therefore frightening others away. Spends most of his time
alone , flying around and watching other ponies playing. He loves green
beans and calad greens and has a thick southern accent.
Hates being made fun off and will usually leave to bang his head against a tree when upset.
Was raised to love all ponies and everything. His parents sent him to an
acting school when they walked in on him reciting a monolog to himself
in a mirror. His acting skills and singing abilities improved until he
became an orphan. His parents passed away from a fatal disease. He vowed never to sing again after that.
Can fly almost as fast as Rainbow dash but has poor coordination, causing him to slam into things a lot.

Looks good. Just as a suggestion:

You might find it useful to instead represent Flitter's age in terms of level of maturity; as in foal, colt, stallion, and so on. I'm not sure if you actually wanted to indicate 18 years of age, which translates to well over half his total lifespan.

Thanks guys. I see what you mean. What i ment by his being 18 was his maturity lever was that of an 18 year old. Thanks for the point out and I'll be sure to keep that in mind. :D
