Thievery in Appleoosa

HELLO EVERYPONY.

(Mr. J especially, I hope you're reading this, but I'll chuck ya a PM)

So, I recently trundled out a new OC- go check out Knick Knack in my signature if you're interested- and she gave me an idea for a mini-plot in which some thievery is afoot in Appleoosa. That's why I'm calling on a thief, and maybe some other ponies to get stolen from? If anybody else wants in.

Rest o' yall can skip to the bottom there if this interests you, or reply to the thread and let me know.

But Mr. J, I know you have your outlaw OC, and I'm thinking they'd be perfect. My plan is that Knick Knack comes back to her waggon after fetching supplies to find that particular pony attempting to make off with one or two of her most prized articles. Upon confronting him, he protests that he's only taking something from somepony who stole from him first, given that one of his crystal revolver thingies (correct me if I'm wrong) has been taken, and he suspects this collector as the one responsible. She manages to convince him that they could track the thief down together, as she's also been stolen from in the last week or two and they're guessing it's the same pony. (You guessed it, tensions start off high but eventually they realise each other ain't so bad after all. ((cue round of 'awwh's.))).

If anyone has a theif OC, this could also be your time to shine- those kinds of fillies and colts don't get the chance to be RP'd a lot, and it gives us an actual antagonist to track down and apprehend.

Other Appleoosian residents could potentially be along for the ride but other than that it's just a buddy-rp style thing. Everypony let me know!

I actually have an Appleloosan OC, Smith Weston. He's an ex-outlaw, turned vigilante-type who helps protect Appleloosa and those in the frontier.

He could be quite fitting for an RP like this.

Funnily enough, I was just saying to Mr J that he and I should have our characters meet. This could be a good opportunity to do that, while travelling with Knick Knack.

Aww, Jessi's always wanted to go to Appaloosa, being a cow pony at heart but she's too afraid of any pony making even a slight wish to even venture far out of her comfort zone. She could be one to get stolen from if she'd ever leave Ponyville >.>

She could be forced to hide out in Appleloosa...

Also, while his revolvers have never been stolen, his mother's necklace was. It's a family heirloom, and the only thing he has left to remind him of his family.

Ah... Theoretically, this thief has only just become active- or them stealing the revolver is the catalyst for this story, but it the mother's necklace is a more effective motivator and still makes sense then why not.
