Another lonely night ... or?

Tenebris was wandering through the streets of Ponyville at night time .. as usually .. not expecting anyone else.
She stopped at the Town square and sat down on a bench, looking at the moon. It was shining so bright and beautiful that night.

Surprisingly, he wasn't drunk.

While his alcoholism was getting better, it definitely wasn't gone. 5 nights out of 7 he was stumbling around Ponyville in an alcohol-induced haze, but this night was not one of them. The pegasus stallion actually felt kind of happy for once as he quietly made his way across the town square, his precious guitar bumping gently against his back. He tossed his head a little to get his mane out of his face, setting his sights on a bench. There was a pony sitting on it but it was the only bench that was close enough and he really just wanted to play...Oh well. Bucky could just ask the pony politely if he could sit with them; the worst they could do would be to say no.

He neared the bench and stopped in front of it, bowing his head slowly. "Mind if I sit here?" It was only then that he realized that this pony was a mare.

Tenebris realised someone was walking towards the bench.. she tried to act normal and be nice
When he asked her she didnt really get a word out "S-sure.. why not"
She sayed

He also froze as he stared at her, everything still except for his wings. They slowly unfurled, spreading out as if he was about to take off. He wasn't, they just tended to do that when he got nervous. It was kind of like the "fight or flight" response, except his was pretty much all flight.

Suddenly he realized he was being incredibly rude. His blue cheeks coloring red with a slight blush, he slid onto the bench next to her and folded his wings then pulled his guitar around to the front. Bucky silently patted the strings with one hoof, like he was reassuring himself that the instrument was still there. He hoped it wasn't too obvious that mares made him uncomfortable.

Tenebris looked around.. the streets were dark and empty .. nobody around.
She looked at the guitar and his hoof patting the strings..
"You play guitar?" She asked with a rather quiet voice

"I do..." he mumbled back, offering her a small, nervous sort of smile before looking back at his guitar. He really, really wanted to play, but he didn't want to disturb the mare any more than he probably already was. Bucky looked back up at her again and asked in a soft voice, "Do you, uh...do you mind? If I play?"

No, I... really would like to hear some music... she said, blushing softly

"Oh, um, alright..." The pegasus blinked at her before looking back at the guitar, seeming a bit surprised at her response. Swallowing hard, he strummed a few chords before gently plucking out a sweet tune, albeit nervously.

Tenebris leaned back, listening to the sweet sounds of the guitar
She looked Inside his eyes, then back at the sky.
Smiling internally

After a while he began to sing softly under his breath at he played, the words to his song only audible to his own ears. It was rather amazing to see the change that came over the raggedy blue pegasus. Before he had been nervous and seemed basically like a wreck, and now he was serenely calm and a bit distant; his attention was focused solely on the music.

Tenebris really enjoyed him playing, she never heard such talent
After a while she said quietly "Y..youre really good"

He blinked at the sound of her voice and snapped out of his reverie, muttering a soft, "Thank you..." at her before continuing to sing. All the while his hoof never stopped moving across the strings of the guitar.
