Kodak, just a heads up. Before you start roleplaying here, you must first make a oc in accordance to the rules that the admin team has set. Can't wait to roleplay with you.

Go into the tab labelled 'rules' first, read through them to understand the conventions of this role play area. Then go into 'submitted creations' and make a new topic there following the design of the sticky label template.

it says that only users with special access can create a new topic

Hello Kodak. Are you going into any of the species and trying to start it there? We have it set up so approved apps get sorted into those subforums. the unapproved/unread/in review apps go in just "Submitted Creations".
