Hello! Welcome to the forum! ^.^

you can start out by reading the rules Here: https://mlp-fim-oc-rp.rpg-board.net/t1169-the-rules

then, you need to fill out a character application. you can find the template here: https://mlp-fim-oc-rp.rpg-board.net/t2-pony-creation-template

fill out the application for the character and post it in Submitted Creations. Once it's up and finished, a moderator or admin will review it as soon as they can. If you have any questions, feel free to PM me or any other admin or any moderator. we're all really nice and not completely insane (yet) lol
