Moving In (Open)

SkyRide flew down next to the sky blue and white house that sat in PonyVille. She had just bought the house, wanting to live on the ground for probably the rest of her life.

She turned as the furniture she had requested was being flown in by the Pegasi movers. As soon as all of her things were there she payed the movers and they flew off. She stared at the boxes and furniture and huffed.

"This may take a while...." She grumbled to herself.

She picked up a box and trotted inside, as she started to move her things inside.

Blown Speaker was taking a walk through Ponyville before heading out to Las Pegasus for a couple of days, when he saw a new Pegasus moving into that sky blue and white house.

 " Might as well introduce myself," he said, starting to approach the house.

SkyRide huffed as she pulled a table when she noted the Stallion. She kept pulling and flapped her wings really hard as it moved a little faster. Soon enough she got it in the house then flopped on the ground outside, seeing all of the other furniture and boxes, and groaned.

"This is going to take forever..." She mumbled to herself.

Blown Speaker noticed that the Pegasus hurry into the door of the house.

 " Must be a shy one," he thought as he started to turn around, " or maybe just in a rush." He stopped turning around and waited for the pony to come back out.

SkyRide trotted outside again after bringing in a smaller box. She looked at him as she stood next to another box.

"Hey, you need any help with those?" Blown Speaker called out to the Pegasus, after just noticing the boxes.

"Huh? Oh Yeah thanks!" She said watching the stallion. Normally she wouldn't admit to needing help, but now, she REALLY needed help.

Speaker, being one of the weaker unicorns, tried to pick up a mid size box so he didnt strain himself too much.

"So, I'm guessing you just moved here, either that or your a box hoarder." Speaker chuckled. "Oh, and the names Blown Speaker, but most ponies just call me Speaker."

SkyRide giggled. "I just moved here and the name's SkyRide." She said picking up a smaller box and trotting over next to him.

"So, what made you decide on moving to Ponyville?" Speakee asked, curious to better know his acquaintance.

"Well, I wanted some new friends. Plus I wanted to live on the ground. Living in CloudSdale your whole life, isn't exactly the best life. You get used to everything quickly. The one thing I miss from there though, is Rainbow Falls." She said going into a memory of Rainbow Falls then snapping back to reality. "Anyway, what about you? Did you move or were you born here?"

" I was born in Manehattan, moved here because of too many bad memories there." Speakers voice started to trail off as he started to think about the past.

"Oh... Sorry...... Well PonyVille must be great huh?" She asked trying to lighten the mood.

"Wouldn't really know, even though I live here, I'm not in town often." Speaker said.

"Really? Where do you live. Nearby? Just outside of town?" She asked as she stepped in the house and placed down the small box.

"Like I said, I live here, but I'm normally on tour so I havent really been here, now that I think about, I don't even think I unpacked yet." Speaker said, chuckling at his last comment.

SkyRide smiled then realized they weren't really moving anything. She trotted outside and picked up one end of a table and tried to move it. It was a medium sized table, so not that big.

Blown Speaker had completely forgot that he was still carrying the box and went to go pick up another one, until he remembered and went inside to put the first box down.

SkyRide huffed as the table slowly dragged across the ground. She almost gave up when it became lighter. She turned and grinned at the pony she saw.

"Frozen Flame!" She said happily almost going to tackle him then remembered the table.

She and Frozen Flame trotted inside the house and set it down in the kitchen. "Hey cuz. I heard you were moving in here. I'm moving here to so I was wondering, if I could stay?" He said pawing the ground.

"Anytime.." SkyRide said then trotted outside again. "Oh, Frozen, this is Speaker. He was helping me with my boxes. Speaker, this is my cousin Frozen Flame. He just moved here from, CloudsDale right?" She asked turning to Frozen Flame.

"Yeah, brothers came back and I decided to leave." He said with a sheepish grin.

"Nice to meet you." Speaker said, putting his box down "as Sky already said, my names Blown Speaker, but you can call me Speaker."

"Cool" Frozen said then turned and picked up and medium sized box and placed it in the house. SkyRide picked up the last box and placed it in. "Thats it! Thanks Speaker for helping. Frozen and I can unpack." Sky said then hugged Speaker. "Thanks for the help." Frozen said over Sky's shoulder.

"No prob,"Speaker said before handing Sky a slip with his number,"and in case you need some more help."

"Thanks!" She said and Frozen saw and glared at Speaker. 'Don't try anything funny.' He mouthed then put his hoof up to his face, pointing at his eyes then at Speaker 5 times before Sky turned around.

"Bye!" Sky said then closed the door. She quickly unpacked the things with Frozen's help then ran up to her room and lay there. She placed the slip on her board next to her mirror with a thumbtack. She wrote on a piece of paper "Speaker's Number' then hung it above the number and smiled then trotted downstairs.

Blown Speaker had no clue what Frozens incident was about, or what he meant by don't trying anything funny, but he didn't really think about it, for he was late for meeting his brother over at Sugar Cube Corner, and he didnt want him to think he flaked out on him.
