The 60th Annual Pony Games

Ranmione looked around her, observing everything, from the environment to the other tributes. Somehow, she was more calm that she should be. She had trained a lot in case she was chosen, and she was from a career district. Well, okay, that career district thing didn't make much difference, survival more depended on her skill, but it was something to boost her confidence.

She waited for the gong to sound, now turning her attention to the cornucopia. When the Games actually started, she would go there and head for food, or if it was too far away, then a weapon would do. If ponies tried to kill her, she'd kill them. If they didn't, she wouldn't. She needed allies as well. She'd looked at every tribute already, and she didn't think the other pony from her district was trustworthy. She had no time to observe anything else, but she did have time to think about what she had to do. Kill. Her talent was making others smile, yet now she had to end their smiles, and their families' as well. Ranmione bit her lip, now no longer confident.

Wobby looked around at his surrounding, tho he mostly paid attention to the other tributes alot of them seemed well build and fast, this hunger games was sure going to be a intresting one. he looked at the center his main goal if you controlled that you basically have already won so that was his main goal to capture the center and possibly make allies along the way. he looked back to the mare from his district she was build like him and seemed agile enough to keep up so he would be more than happy to ally with her.

Iridescent

Iris looked at each tribute individually with hunger in her eyes. The bloodlust was already filling her, and she licked her lips. I have 60 seconds till the gong sounds. she reminded herself delicately, frowning. Best make a game plan. She kept her eyes wary, darting them around the area. They betrayed none of her plan. Being from a career district, she was already allied with the mares and stallions of Districts 1, 2, and 4. 'least I don't have to worry about that. Iris looked quickly towards the stallion tribute from her district, and nodded slightly at him.

Stormy Ruin

Stormy studied each tribute carefully, making guesses on their strengths and weaknesses. She wished she was allowed to bring her journal, it would have helped a lot. Oh well. At least I can still think for myself. The pegasus kept herself calm and collected while her brain worked hard. Some of these ponies are tough, and some look rather weak. I wonder what they're all thinking.... her lightning colored eyes betrayed none of her thoughts, but she had a nervous twitch in her right ear. hmmm...I wonder what the history of this landscape is.....

Belle

Belle's sapphire eyes stared down at the ground. She watched the other tributes out of the corner of her eye, noting nervous twitches, confidence, and complete and utter insanity in a few. One, a purple pegasus, seemed rather blood thirsty. Belle wished she could stay away from her, but remembered making a pact with all the tributes from 1, 2 and 4. She was a career tribute after all. Not one of the brutes mind you, Belle was smarter than the average career. Her head full of ideas and ingenuity. She knew she had an actual chance at winning, I can't lose. I can't, Heartspan is waiting for me.

May Darknight

May stared boringly at the cornucopia, her red eyes blank and emotionless. There was a slight frown in her lips, more from concentration than anger. There'd better be knives. she said to herself, agitation creeping into her eyes. Perhaps the Career's will let me team up with them...I am a pretty good shot after all.

Stargazer

Star watched the screen carefully, her pink eyes concentrated. A purple aura surrounded her horn as she lifted the TV remote, turning up the volume. The tributes rose from the ground and the countdown began. Many of the tributes watched the others', forming plans. A few looked rather crazed, and others just looked plain stupid. Star paid close attention to those in the Districts 1, 3, and 5. Noting their credibility, and the ones that looked stronger than the others.

Toxic Fire

Toxic Fire looked around him his eyes not giving the slightest sight of emotion they were just blank, he knew he would be the one targeted first due to his weak looking frame and skinny body so he was reading himself for the pain that may be for his future. He doubted he would win and was glad he wouldn't some of the ponies here today had families and homes to go back to Toxic had nothing so he had already made a game plan, team up with somepony and help them kill off the other tributes and than let them kill him.

Gaffey Patches

Gaffey looked around him at all the different tributes some were tough looking some frail but to him they all looked like potential friends, Gaffey never wanted to hurt anypony he promised himself he wouldn't but now he had to make a choice kill or be killed. So Gaffey went with kill it was the best thing to do to get back to his family, Gaffey was a jester not a killer so this was going to be a fairly hard to pull off.

Wild Card

Wild Card excitedly looked around at the other ponies who stood around him. They were going to have lots of fun! It'll be just like when he was a foal! Or, that's what he imagined. He believed that they would all run around and playing like little foals. When in reality they'll all brutally murder each other for survival.

Eh, that was too sad for him to imagine. He was confident he'd have the most fun and be the toughest. When ponies hit him, it tickled. And his extra fat would be like a cushion. But he'll definitely be a bit slower due to it.

Let's just hope there isn't jelly stashed in the Cornucopia...
