The Diamond Dog criminal ring is new to Manehattan. Based in the Industrial District, there is much unknown about them. (For example if it is actually run by Dimaond Dogs or not.) What is known is they introduced the highly addictive new drug to the town. The street name is 'Apples' because of its strong apple scent and flavor, and to keep in on the down-low. It causes euphoria, hallucinations, the greatest feelings life can offer, and debt. Lots of it.
