Mane: Silver with blue lightning stripe's.

Tail: Silver with blue lightning stripe's.

Eyes: Silver.

Body: Blue

Cutie Mark: Stars. He got them one day walking home from school after being bullyed and on the way he saw a shooting star and untill he didnt stop thinking about all day.

Age: Adult.

Personality: He is kind and smart but can get defensive if he feels threatened. He says hi to everypony and tends to be happy. He will help anypony in any way he can. He loves to party with others and loves to listen to music. He is very shy around mares. He will speak up if needed to help a pony out.

Likes: Outerspace, Friends, kindness, books, games, looking good, music, party's, and having a laugh.

Dislikes: Bullys, party poopers, interruptions, bad mane days, and missing out on star gazing.

History: He was born into a normal family and went to schooland was bullyed a lot but he still graduated. After finding his cutie mark he decided to stud on everything about outer space but still made room to practice his magic. He didnt make much friends because he devoted most of his time to his studys and didnt really think about having friends. He moved out at 19 and became an astrologer and moved to Pony Ville where after being there a couple of times with his family he knew that the sky at night was perfect there for star gazing.

"What're you looking at?" is something Meteor Star heard lots of times before. "What I'm looking at is a bully who should leave this filly alone before i make him." He said looking into the bully,s eyes showing no fear. "What's it going to be?" He asked getting ready for a fight. He would rather do this peacefully but if he has to he will fight the bully.

Add to the personality and the history. Also, I would suggest explaining what Meteor's cutie mark means and how he got it. "Stars" is a little vague.

The RP segment is a little short too, although that's not quite as important.
